Cheektowaga Youth Baseball & Softball

Cheektowaga Youth Baseball and Softball offers programs for boys and girls age 3-19.  We offer one of the largest house baseball programs in Western New York providing hundreds of local youth with an educational athletic program each year.

Cheektowaga Youth Baseball & Softball organizes, sponsors and promotes athletic events and sports programs designed to teach the game of baseball and to implant in the boys and girls of the community the basic ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority so that they will become finer, stronger, and happier children who will grow into good, clean adult citizens.

Our season begins in mid-April and concludes mid-July.  Highlights of our season include CYB Day at Coca-Cola Field, and a huge family picnic at the end of the season.

Our  3-4 T-Ball and 5-6 Coach pitch divisions play a 10 - 12 game season of non-competitive season that focuses on teaching basic baseball skills, rules and strategies along with good sportsmanship, appropriate behavior and attitude.

Our older divisions for ages 7-19 play a 10-14 game season of competitive baseball that builds on what is taught at the younger level while preparing them for a season ending playoff tournament.

Cheektowaga Youth Baseball & Softball also offers a Travel Baseball & Softball program.  These teams are active year round and participate in competitive games and tournaments from early spring through summer.  Our 12U Travel Baseball teams have the opportunity to travel to Cooperstown Dreams Park to participate in a premier week long tournament against teams from around the entire country.  Tryouts for our travel teams is generally held in late summer.
